US, EU, Taiwan, Japan POM Copolymer dumped in China, Mofcom finds

( January 17, 2025, 02:17 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China's Ministry of Commerce has found that POM Copolymer imported from the US, EU, Taiwan, and Japan have been dumped in the country and the domestic industry has been materially impaired, the regulator said in a preliminary ruling. According to the ruling, relevant importers are required to pay security deposits, starting Jan. 24. The ministry opened an antidumping investigation into the matter in May last year.
