Viavi considers bidding for Spirent assets to be sold for Keysight merger approval
By Jon Menon ( January 16, 2025, 11:10 GMT | Insight) -- Viavi Solutions is considering making an offer for the Spirent Communications’ high-speed ethernet and network security assets that are being auctioned as part of Keysight Technologies’ efforts to get antitrust approval for its acquisition of the UK company, MLex has learned. Other parties that could be interested in the assets include Germany’s Rohde & Schwarz and Japan’s Anritsu, according to analysts.
