The update was included in a briefing note published recently by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which listed the regulator’s ongoing and recently concluded investigations — information that's not usually disclosed. Probes into American Express, law firm HWL Ebsworth and fintech Latitude Financial also remain active, the documents reveal.
