Dyson and SharkNinja patent dispute paused in UPC

The court cancelled upcoming hearings and granted Dyson's request to suspend both an infringement lawsuit and counterclaim, with SharkNinja's consent. This follows the UPC Court of Appeal’s December decision overturning Dyson's preliminary injunction, which had halted SharkNinja's vacuum sales in Germany and France.A dispute over a patent related to vacuum cleaner appliances between Dyson Technology Limited and SharkNinja Europe Limited is paused, with the Unified Patent Court issuing a stay today....
