Brooks Sports’ trademark application for gym bags rejected by EUIPO
( December 31, 2024, 10:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Union Intellectual Property Office has sided with Brooks England in its opposition to an application by Brooks Sports to use its trademark in connection with duffel and other athletic bags.
