Realtek dismisses US lawsuit against Broadcom, Avago, without prejudice

( January 2, 2025, 10:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A notice filed with the Delaware Court of Chancery by Realtek Semiconductor and redacted letter to the court's vice chancellor by Broadcom show the parties’ dispute has drawn to a close in full. Realtek dismissed the action, which it filed just over two months ago, without prejudice, as part of an agreement between the parties to secure the withdrawal of an infringement action by Broadcom affiliate Avago Technologies International Sales against Tesla in the Munich Regional Court. Broadcom’s letter confirms that a German injunction against Realtek’s US lawsuit “remains live,” and that “the parties agree that all remaining matters should be withdrawn or dismissed.”See attached documents....
