Kingtom Aluminio's complaint at US CIT disputes allegations of forced labor

( December 23, 2024, 22:09 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Kingtom Aluminio, a producer and exporter of aluminum extrusions from the Dominican Republic, has filed a complaint with the US Court of International Trade disputing allegations that its merchandise is produced using forced labor. According to Kingtom, US Customs and Border Protection failed to provide Kingtom with any prior notice of the forced-labor investigation, any evidence supporting the finding or any access to the administrative record of the investigation.See attached documents....
