Nike, Converse settle trade secret row with anti-counterfeiting tech vendor

A docket entry by a US judge in Oregon reveals that the parties reached an agreement late last month to end their legal dispute over technological measures which make it easier to spot fake footwear.A US judge entered an order last month striking from her calendar a planned 12-day, February 2025 trial on allegations Nike and Converse misappropriated trade secrets belonging to Valmarc Corporation, doing business as Vi3, following a successful settlement conference the same day....
