US Commerce amends Chinese roller bearings duties to meet trade court decision

( December 30, 2024, 22:36 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Department of Commerce has amended the results of the 33rd antidumping duty review for Chinese tapered roller bearings to align with a Dec. 18 decision by the Court of International Trade, according to an official notice published in the Federal Register. Due to this amendment, the 2019-2020 antidumping duty rates for Shanghai Tainai Bearing Co., Hebei Xintai Bearing Forging Co., and Xinchang Newsun Xintianlong Precision Bearing Manufacturing Co., are now 76.58 percent. See attached document....
