Visa asks US court to transfer private antitrust suit to New York

( December 23, 2024, 17:33 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Visa told a US federal court that an antitrust complaint filed by a California resident should be transferred to the Southern District of New York which is the proper venue and where the action could have been brought because seven related private complaints and the government’s complaint are already pending there.
