Ericsson's illegal distribution deal in New Caledonia harmed consumers: regulator

The Autorité de la concurrence de la Nouvelle-Calédonie said the restrictive deal agreed to by Ericsson and its local distributor Intelia had been in place between 2014 and 2024, harming both the companies’ customers and competitors.
