Corteva, SPAL added into Brazilian sensitive employee-information-sharing probe

( December 20, 2024, 19:07 GMT | Official Statement) -- Brazil's competition authority has revised a probe into the alleged sharing of sensitive labor market information. The amended proceeding adds Corteva Agriscience do Brasil Ltda. and SPAL Indústria Brasileira de Bebidas S/A as respondents, granting them 30 days to submit defenses and specify evidence. Danisco Brasil Ltda. and Coca-Cola Indústrias Ltda. have been excluded from the process and notified of the changes.
