China launches first state-owned data-technology enterprise to lower logistics costs

Backed by strategic investors including China Logistics Group, China Travelsky, Shanghai Data Group and China Merchants Group, the company aims to create a national-level logistics Big Data platform integrating logistics, information flow and capital flows.
