Cook in a letter yesterday gave notice that he will hold a telephonic hearing on Realtek’s request for antisuit injunctive relief against Avago Technologies International Sales Pte. next week. The letter comes just 24 hours after Realtek filed its motion, which remains under seal, and one week after the case was returned to the Delaware Court of Chancery from a US federal court.Realtek is wasting no time now that it is back before the Delaware Court of Chancery....
