Kohler Mira patent infringed by Triton electric showers, UK court says

High Court Judge Melissa Clarke said it is unnecessary to wade into the applicability of Formstein to Mira’s case, given her findings that Triton is directly liable for infringing Mira’s valid UK patent directed to a dual-outlet electric shower.A four-pronged attack on the validity of a Kohler Mira patent by competitor Norcross Group Holdings, doing business as Triton, has fallen flat in the UK....
