Crown, Silgan go back to EU court over metal-packaging cartel

They are disputing an October judgment from a lower court, which ruled the EU regulator was within its rights to transfer a German probe to Brussels for further investigation. Metal-packaging manufacturers Crown and Silgan have turned to the EU’s highest court to continue their fight against the handling of an EU cartel probe into the metal-packaging sector....
