Frankfurt-Hahn state aid dispute heard again by EU’s General Court

( December 10, 2024, 09:15 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Lufthansa is back at the EU General Court today, challenging German aid worth up to 25.3 million euros in favor of loss-making Frankfurt-Hahn airport. The dispute is back at the lower-tier court, after the EU's top court set aside a previous ruling that annulled the European Commission's 2017 decision to clear the support granted to Hahn.
