Brazil's CADE recommends cartel probe of eight construction firms over Rio project

The regulator’s investigative arm has also included 22 executives in the probe.The Brazilian competition authority’s Superintendence has recommended opening an administrative process against eight major construction firms and 22 individuals involved in a bid-rigging cartel concerning the construction market in the state of Rio de Janeiro....
