( December 4, 2024, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: New Zealand’s voluntary-notification merger regime won’t be examined under the government’s plans to revamp antitrust laws in the country, with a discussion paper revealing that the focus of a new review will instead be on the “substantial lessening of competition” test under existing laws.
