Miller Mendel patent fraud defamation claim survives motion to dismiss in US

Dishman of the Western District of Oklahoma said that because the defamation claim shares a common nucleus of operative facts with an infringement action against Guardian Alliance Technologies' client, the exercise of supplemental jurisdiction is not improper.See attached file....
