EU backs battery, green hydrogen, cleantech producers, earmarking EUR4.6 billion

( December 3, 2024, 11:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: EU battery, green hydrogen and net-zero technology producers today saw the European Commission set aside 4.6 billion euros ($4.8 billion) under the Innovation Fund and its Hydrogen Bank. The battery and hydrogen calls include criteria “to protect Europe against dependency on a single supplier,” the commission said.
