Burger King secures extension of injunction in Indian trademark battle

On Monday, the High Court of Bombay announced that the extended interim relief would remain in effect until the final disposal of the case, which is scheduled to be heard in January 2025. The court also directed both parties to preserve their business records for the past 10 years.
