Tapestry, Capri ask US FTC to dismiss administrative complaint after merger termination

( November 15, 2024, 16:16 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Tapestry and Capri Holdings have asked the US Federal Trade Commission to dismiss its complaint against the companies' proposed merger. On Nov. 14, the companies informed the agency's counsel that they've terminated their proposed deal and withdrawn their merger notification. The companies said the complaint is now moot and they asked the Commission to dismiss the complaint. See motion attached....
