Menarini cannot intervene in UPC patent dispute between Insulet and Eoflow

( October 1, 2024, 17:41 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Menarini Diagnostics cannot intervene in ongoing provisional measures proceedings between Insulet Corporation and Eoflow Co, the Unified Patent Court’s Central Division in Milan has said in an order published today. The court ruled that Menarini, a distributor of Eoflow products, lacked sufficient legal interest to participate in the case, as it was already involved in parallel proceedings in the Milan Local Division. Menarini's intervention is unnecessary and potentially disruptive to the expedited nature of provisional measures, the order reads. Previous attempts by EOFlow to consolidate related cases were also denied.Court document attached....
