( November 27, 2024, 21:27 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US District Judge William Alsup has allowed a second amended complaint from X Corp. against Bright Data, though he limited the case to just claims over Bright's access to data on the social media platform X, formerly Twitter.
