US lawmakers say government can impose age-access restrictions on distributors

The lawmakers filed a brief in support of the court upholding Texas’ age-gating law. “The modern-day shopkeeper should face no lesser burden to verify the age of its customers, nor should the government face a much higher burden to regulate,” they said.See attached file. ...
