RJ Reynolds denied temporary exclusion order against vape importers, distributors

( November 19, 2024, 10:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: An administrative law judge with the US International Trade Commission issued an initial determination that RJ Reynolds, RAI Strategic Holdings, Inc., R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company and RAI Services Company failed to show they are likely to succeed on their unfair imports claim against 35 defendants.  At issue is a Reynolds patent directed to a "tobacco-containing smoking article" that Reynolds says is infringed by the defendants' disposable vaping devices.See attached file....
