AliExpress, Temu revise unfair user terms, following KFTC's intervention

The Korea Fair Trade Commission announced today that it had identified and corrected 47 problematic clauses across 13 categories — including terms designating foreign courts as exclusive jurisdictions for disputes.AliExpress and Temu have been ordered by South Korea's competition regulator to revise their unfair terms-riddled user agreements, marking the first major regulatory action against the Chinese online retailers that now dominate South Korea's cross-border shopping market....
