Regeneron flags Google antitrust loss, energy suit appeal in US case against Amgen

( August 12, 2024, 17:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Regeneron Pharmaceuticals notified a Delaware federal judge of two rulings the company said support its request for denial of summary judgement to Amgen in an antitrust suit over rebates and bundling. The US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit's reversal of summary judgment for Duke Energy in a monopolization suit clarified how claims involving exclusionary price-based conduct should be analyzed, and a District of Columbia federal judge's ruling that Google violated Section 2 of the Sherman Act is "directly relevant" to questions of foreclosure, competition evidence destruction and other issues in the present case, Regeneron said in a notice of supplemental authority filed in the US District of Delaware.See attached file....
