Cognizant TriZetto’s trade secret misappropriation claims should be dismissed, Infosys argues

( October 22, 2024, 10:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Indian tech company Infosys told a judge in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas that Cognizant TriZetto failed to sufficiently allege that Infosys entered into non-disclosure and access agreements in order to steal TriZetto’s trade secrets and build competitive software products. Infosys also says that TriZetto did not sufficiently plead that Infosys engaged in unfair competition under the Lanham Act by misusing TriZetto’s confidential and trade secret information to create a repository of test cases that it marketed as its own.See attached file....
