Acerinox, Haynes will face constraints from rivals, UK watchdog says

The Competition and Markets Authority today published its report on its decision to clear the Spanish stainless steel maker's acquisition last month.Acerinox’s planned acquisition of Haynes International wouldn’t significantly harm competition because the merged company will continue to face constraints from other flat nickel alloy suppliers such as Aperam and ATI, the UK antitrust regulator said....
