Juul sees UPC revoke two of its vape patents

Rival e-cigarette maker Njoy had filed five revocation actions at the UPC following infringement proceedings in the US against the company by Juul over Njoy’s ACE vape. The UPC has revoked two of Juul’s patents concerning vaporization technology, noting the patents lacked novelty and inventive step.
