Japan industrial machine maker TMEIC files additional patent complaint against Fuji Electric

( November 15, 2024, 01:34 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Japanese industrial automation maker TMEIC said on Nov. 13 that it had filed an additional complaint in the Tokyo District Court against Fuji Electric in relation to the patent infringement case over uninterruptible power system, or UPS device technology. The company said the Oct. 2 complaint against Fuji (see here 1600256) was over circuit configuration, while the latest is over control and structure. TMEIC also said it also filed an application with the Korean Trade Commission to suspend the import of UPS products manufactured by Fuji, alleging infringement of TMEIC's Korean patent rights.Statement follows:...
