Ericsson meets basic disclosure needs for preliminary injunction bid, UPC says

( August 16, 2024, 16:30 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Ericsson does not have to submit extensive documentation, the Lisbon division of the EU's Unified Patent Court said in an order released today. Defendants Asustek, Arvato Netherlands and Digital River Ireland had requested additional documentation from Ericsson to support its preliminary injunction request. However, given the urgency of the injunction proceedings, the court ruled that Ericsson had met the basic disclosure requirements without needing to provide further supporting documents.Court document attached....
