Bayer CropScience, Monsanto win $256,016 in US patent fight with farmer

The plaintiffs say Jimmy Calder later admitted to infringement but never entered an appearance in court.Jimmy Calder, a South Carolina soybean farmer, is on the hook for $256,016.66 in royalties owed to the Bayer CropScience and its predecessor Monsanto for the 2023 soybean season....
