EU Commission asked about TikTok's dismissal of Dutch team under DSA

She wants to know whether the regulator agrees that very large online platforms need "adequate local staffing and human oversight" to comply with the EU Digital Services Act. The EU's executive arm also needs to answer how VLOPs can effectively adhere to the law, considering specific regional or linguistic aspects, without having staff in the Netherlands.
