UK’s top court partly reinstates SkyKick appeal against Sky

In the dispute, SkyKick claims that Sky acted in bad faith by registering trademarks in broad categories of goods and services it never intended to use. The unanimous Supreme Court overruled a Court of Appeal decision clearing Sky of the bad faith allegations, while upholding the lower court’s ruling that SkyKick’s Cloud Migration service does not infringe.Judgment is attached....
