Motorola Mobility can’t amend claims against Ericsson at UPC

Motorola sought to add remedies such as recall, destruction and injunctive relief concerning two European patents related to 5G technology. The court ruled that Motorola had failed to meet the procedural requirement of timely filing, saying these requests could have been made earlier.
