USPTO Director Kathi Vidal announces resignation

( November 12, 2024, 21:46 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Undersecretary for Commerce and Director of the US Patent and Trademark Office Kathi Vidal said in a letter today that she will resign from her posts in mid-December, after the presidential election marked a shift in party in the White House. Vidal was confirmed as USPTO director in April 2022.
