Finnlines challenging EU Commission over Finnish aid to ferry operators at court

In May, the bloc's state aid regulator said that the measure was in line with EU state aid rules. In its appeal from September, published only this week, the shipping company says that the watchdog failed to start a formal probe and that it unduly delayed the preliminary evaluation of the measure, arguing also that the length of the procedure was excessive.The summary of the appeal is attached.
