Japanese auto parts maker KYB to buy Chita Kogyo through for $110 million

( November 12, 2024, 03:54 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Japanese automobile component maker KYB plans to acquire shares of Chita Kogyo, a manufacturer of springs and other metallic auto parts, for 17 billion yen ($111 million). After obtaining regulatory approval from the Japan Fair Trade Commission, KYB intends to initiate a tender offer around late January 2025.
