Labor market not a CADE priority, Superintendence president says

Barreto said CADE exercises restraint and does not overstep its legally defined responsibilities. He said that recent CADE investigations that appear labor-market-related are, in fact, focused on competition law, not employment matters.The president of the Superintendence of Brazil's competition agency said that his organization does not engage directly with issues concerning the labor market, and that it does not intend to overstep its legally defined responsibilities....
