Google’s proposed privacy tools 'open to misuse,' UK data protection regulator says

Some of these concerns have been resolved, while others remain open, said Stephen Almond, the Information Commissioner’s Office's executive director for regulatory risk, in a statement. The comments were made as the Competition and Markets Authority updated a report on Google’s implementation of Privacy Sandbox commitments accepted by the CMA in February 2022.ICO statement follows.
