Tapestry, Capri motion to expedite appeal of preliminary injunction granted by US court

( November 6, 2024, 20:54 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A motion from handbag-makers Tapestry and Capri Holdings seeking expedited briefing for their appeal of US District Judge Jennifer Rochon's preliminary injunction of their merger in the US Southern District of New York was granted by the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Briefing for appellate proceedings will be done by Dec. 30.  "The appeal shall be heard as soon as practicable following completion of briefing," the Second Circuit ordered. See below....
