Odette, who joined the office in 2020 and is now the manager of the antitrust division, has led oversight over healthcare mergers, is co-leading the establishment of a partnership with the US Department of Agriculture to promote fairness and competition in food and agriculture markets, and led Minnesota's efforts to block the merger of UnitedHealth Group and Change Healthcare as part of a multistate coalition that included the US Department of Justice.Washington, D.C. – Attorneys General Jonathan Skrmetti of Tennessee and Phil Weiser of Colorado, current co-chairs of the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) Antitrust Committee, have selected Elizabeth Odette of the Minnesota Office of the Attorney General as the next NAAG Multistate Antitrust Task Force Chair.
