Sigma-Chemist Warehouse pharmacy deal receives conditional Australian approval

( November 6, 2024, 22:41 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Sigma Healthcare’s reverse acquisition of Australian pharmacy giant CW Group, owner of Chemist Warehouse, is set to proceed, after the country’s competition watchdog announced that it wouldn’t oppose the transaction, conditional on court-enforceable undertakings.
