Harmonized transparency reporting rules under DSA published in EU Official Journal

( November 5, 2024, 08:57 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Providers of intermediary services and online platforms under the Digital Services Act today saw the European Commission formally issue a new law that sets out the rules and templates for transparency reporting. The new provisions standardize the format, content and reporting periods for transparency reports and is meant to ensure that all relevant providers give clear and comparable information on their content moderation practices.
