Realtek opposes sanctions, dismissal of US antitrust suit over patent fights

MediaTek's Rule 11 motion fails to identify any sanctionable conduct and the licensing decisions of third parties have no bearing on the sufficiency sham litigation claims, Realtek said in an opposition briefing filed in the Northern District of California.See attached file....
