Broadcom says Samsung's US tying claims foreclosed by statute of limitations

Samsung also fails to plead antitrust injury or harm to competition, Broadcom said in a reply supporting its motion to dismiss the complaint. Samsung has failed to plead any unlawful exclusive dealing, or a tying arrangement by Broadcom, which did not preclude the Korean device maker from securing alternative supply before, during or after the companies entered into a six-month commercial contract for the components, the filing said.See attached file....
