The company claimed Fitbit, Nike, Garmin, Nikon, Fossil and Under Armor used Cellspin patents for digitally transferring files in their wearable tech. The Federal Circuit agreed with the lower court that the patents at issue do not apply to the wearable tech, ruling against Cellspin's claims.
